About Black Night Parade

Created by Hikaru Nakamura, the author of Arakawa Under the Bridge and Saint Young Men, Black Night Parade was first serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump from 2016 to 2019, then moved to the publisher’s Ultra Jump in September 2019. So far seven tankōbon volumes were published in Japan.

The series centers on Hino Miharu, who had no choice but to search for a job after failing his university entrance exam. For the past three years, he’s been working part-time at a convenience store, where he’s scolded by his manager and taken advantage of by his younger co-worker. That is until he finds himself entangled with the black Santa himself, where he is whisked off to his dream job…or so he thinks.
