Helios Rising Heroes

I am once again, Happy Element's slave.

I've been a long-time fan of SEGA, so I've been following the franchise ever since SEGA first announced this as one of their "otome project", besides Yumeiro Cast. To be honest, I'm not really into otome game type of story in a mobile game. But with Readyyy!, it feels different because they don't really state the Producer/the Player's gender. the story doesn't really revolve around the idols trying to get the producer's attention, either. It feels refreshing.

Another thing that's refreshing is that Readyyy! cast new voice actors instead of the popular ones—but they worked with professionals to arrange/compose the songs for each units. I'm a fan of WHITE JAM, and I really, really liked GO NOW! and DOKI DOKI. It really gives off WHITE JAM's vibes. RayGlanZ's "Suki da" sounds really similar to WHITE JAM's "Sakanai de" too.

For the gameplay itself, I think it's rather time-consuming, since the idol training part is connected to the main story. The tutorial was especially long.

Even with the lack of character developments, gameplay, and the abrupt conclusion to the main story, I still enjoyed playing it.

I really loved Yukari as a protagonist and really feel grateful to the system where you can pick whether he became a top/bottom. It's honestly one of a kind for me to be able to experience and play a game like this.

Thank you for the service, Bloody Chain.
