I love Ten Count so of course, I would download this game. The game is in Japanese so it's a little hard to understand what's happening. I don't suppose there's a English tutorial around?

Google play is strict now wtf Is there any way to make purchases on this game via Android Google play?
I made a JP account. I added my card info and PayPal but it keeps saying payment unsuccessful.
i even bought a jp gift card from Play-Asia and tried to redeem the code but still unsuccessful. Customer service said there was nothing wrong with the code but luckily im getting a refund.
I did all lf this while using a VPN.
Does anyone else have any other suggestions?
