Rule 63 The Game. Know a famous anime male character? He's now a chick. For context you're given a choice between 3 starters (akin to Pokemon), and they are Goku, Naruto, and that dude from One Piece. I picked Goku, and then Vageta came to help me but I can't get Vageta because that character is sn ultra super deluxe rare character.
If theres one MAJOR flaw this game has is the god awful voice acting. The worst part is you are stuck with it. No option for a japanese voice. WHY!?!?!? Just because I grew up watching 4Kids doesn't mean I want to hear the terrible voice acting fron it as well.
Other than that, it's fine... nothing grounbreaking or notewortht. The game gives you so much to do, you'll be entertained for a while. Just be prepared to be stuck reading a crapload of tutorials.
So I believe the thought process for this game went like this:
"What if 'Senran Kagura' except in Midieval times and it's more an RPG than a beat-em-up. Also the events may or may-not be made up in this guy's psychotic mind."
That's pretty much this game. Piss easy game too, enemies take damage like nobodies business, and you're constantly given summoning tickets. That's not a knock on this game though, I wish more games were this generous with their summons. The english translation is clearly unfinished though, as chatacter stories and even some chats are still in Korean.
Basically make a team, set auto-start next chapter, leave phone alone, come back, level up and equip better gear, lather rinse repeat. Only time I encountered a wall was the EXP/Gold/Boss trials, but thats expected. This game is so fast-paced, you'll be getting more done in one day than any other gacha you've probably ever played.
This isn't so much a "game" as it is a visual novel with action bits here and there, and even then you can just turn on auto-battle as your input really doesn't matter. I know that can be said for most gacha games, but this is especially true here. There ARE missions and other modes and you can create your own team but why bother? The story mode is clearly the main focus.
The story itself is exceptional, and I got hooked onto it just on the first chapter alone, which I feel that EVERY visual novel should achieve this goal, so it wins on that front. I deeply care about these characters, including the main sensei (you). There are funny moments, sad moments, intense moments... its defenitely a roller-coaster ride and it leaves you wanting more.
Everything else is rated low because its "meh". I'm not a fan of the chibi models at all. The gacha and even the gameplay is giving me "Priness Connect Re:Dive" feelings, which is not a good thing because that game's entire gacha/level system is one of it's BIGGEST flaws.
I mean, I get it... catgirls are appealing, but theres too many gaming sins. Nevermind the horrible translation (ai could do better than whatever they did here) how is it that I'm on chapter 3 and I STILL can't customize my own team? Every other game ever allows you to customize a team after the tutorial, and this game fails at that basic premace. All to hamfist the main story... an interesting one mind you, but just let me play as someone else!! Even if you raise the two/three cats they force on you, the combined power winds up being below recommendation. Why do you need to drip-feed basic features that are locked behind chapter progression instead of giving them all at once? It makes no sense!
I honestly have no idea whats "awake" about this game. The original version is still up on the site by the way, so this seems redundant, especially when "Attack on Time Kaisen Girls" plays exactly like this game as well, including sound effects. Only thing that seems to be missing is the affection/love mechanic, plus those games have a story, where this one doesn't.
You can pretty much solo this game easily (i.e. use one character only). Max stats to their limit, hit progress wall, close game, wake up, do the same except get a little furthur. It's boring and generic to the umpteenth degree.
Whoever is giving this a high score is either a bot, or so desperate for anine titties, they need their head examined because there are far better games out there with anine titties.
So I noticed a lot of the reviews kept saying "black screen, won't load". For the record, I downloaded this game on the ONE store, and after a few hiccups, I got it running. I'm not 100% sure if an ad blocker is preventing this thing from booting up the very first time, but with it off I got as far as the log-in title screen. Turning it back on doesn't effect login/opening after that first attempt, although whatever the hell item 7 out of 15 is, it takes a LONG time for it to load.
Game is nothing to write home about... just a standard idle slasher game. Heres what REALLY kills it though... idk wtf kind of third-world servers this game is running on, but you'll see the loading screen more times than anything else.
-login, load screen
-see character speak, load screen
-press a button, load screen
-accept reward, load screen
-load screen, load screen
That last one isn't hyperbole, that actually happened once it got passed the login screen. You can't even blame the Untiy engine this thing runs on because plenty of other mobile games use it and they function just fine. This is horrendous, and should be fixed immediately.
Another game where "Klick'r - Smart Autclicker" comes in handy. The key is to max out the MR level to help increase the LPT for better tapping power.
Good luck getting the pictures of the last two wives though. It requires INSANE amount of Love points that require you to purchase WifePlus. Don't spend a dime on this (or any game to be honest). The illustrations aren't even that good.
... Is Marvelous really serious about this crap? THIS is what it decided to release for its 7th anniversary of Senran Kagura???
How the mighty have fallen. What once was a great game series about sexy ninjas has taken a HUGE nosedive in quality. I thought the asuka massage simulator on Switch was as bad as it got, but apparently I was wrong. YOU DON'T EVEN GET TO SEE PANTIES IN THIS GAME! You know, one of the defining aspects of Senran Kagura to begin with!? All this is is a censored runner game... with ONE stage and ONE character. I'm all for "simple", but this is the WRONG way of doing it. Also I'm sick and tired of seeing Asuka when the series has 15 bajillion other chicks they can use. I get she's a main character bur come on!
I played until i collected all the photos (24 to be exact) hoping that maybe I would have unlocked something different, but nope... title screen or play again. No thanks! Graphics and sound are the ONLY good marks this " game" gets and at this point it's what I should expect from Senran Kagura, INCLUDING good gameplay, which this does NOT have. I dont want this, or massage, or friggen pinball... i want hack-n-slash sexy fighters that get their cloths ripped from time to time.
Play "Slash & Girl - Endless Runner" instead. The chick isn't as sexy as the SK girls, but at least in THAT game there's so much more to do. Keep away from this crap!
This plays like a mishmash of other games I've played (Action Taimen, Blue Archive, Figure Fantasy, etc...). Basically you live in a world full of AI's and you're the only human and you have to save the world with your AI waifus.
Gameplay is an RPG-ish action-ish game where you set a formation and the girls do the rest (similar to Figure Fantasy). Yet again this is one of those games where the lower ranks are completely sidelined and don't matter yet they are the ones you get the most and wind up recycling, especially since they are level capped at 20. I got as far as the stage 2 boss with them (there are 4 in total) before I had to ditch them for another character. Luckily this game is kinda easy as I've only been using 2 characters and have been sweeping the stage 3 levels. That might also be because this game gives you recources to level up your girls constantly, so thats a plus I guess.
I don't get the comments about the lag. I've had the graphic settings set at default and it ran smoothly. Do you people really need to play your games at 60fps with ultra high settings? 30fps on normal is just fine. You aren't doing much in this game to justify the additional 30 frames anyways. Stoo trying to cook your phone or else your battery will explode.
So its one of those puzzle games where you pop two or more of the same linked color. Missions change between "clear this many colors" or "get stars to the top" or "reveal the floor to get this many scrolls". It's fairly easy because the more colors you pop, the better powers you receive.
Heres a hint: Two Rainbows together is the best because they clear the entire board. The higher stage levels make it impossible to get multiple rainbows together though. The other powers are fine, but the common one you'll get is the music notes. They help you clear specific things better (like breaking wood blocks and metal chests if you can't reach them).
Theres also a village gimmic in the home menu where you can build more buildings. I've only been able to get the farms, and I'm on stage 60. Overall, o.k. time killer.
I'm surprised this game is still up and running after all these years. You'd think they would make it a bit easier for people to progress through the game but nope... still slow as a slog since day 1.
-Catch fish
-Feed fish for little bit
-Train fish for little bit
-Leave
-Eventually max out level, pass wall till next wall hits you
-Lathet, rinse, repeat
You absolutely NEED diamonds to get the better friends and decorations in order to farm coins to increase training and food levels. By the time you play this for a month, you MIGHT get high enough to get more JP and trainer points and eventually clear a new gym. But at most you'll touch this for like 5 minutes, close it, then forget you even have it on your phone because its THAT boring.
So the preview pics are s bit misleading, so let me explain what happens in this game.
It's a tower-defense-y game where your commander is the tower. You have lovely ladies that are a part of a faction (3 factions in total) with each commander being the head of a different faction. The ideal team set-up is to use one single faction (because the commanders have abilities that are faction-specific), but you're going to be facing people that just use whatever is "the strongest".
Couple Issues with this game:
1. There's a few dudes in this game, including the commander you start off with, so its not all 100% women, so thats gay. I highly doubt any women are going to play this.
2. This is a censored version. The one on Nutaku has full nudity and the girls wearing sexy underwear. The downside is you're forced to be tied to one account so you can't reset and re-roll.
3. Regardless of this or the Nutaku version, both suffer from VERY LOW item rewards. You need coins and green gems to level up and recruit respectively, but the payout after a match is so low, almost purposefully to where they try to force you to shell out money and become a whale. NEVER TURN INTO A WHALE!
4. They need to get rid of that beginning part that plays like KOF ALL STARS, because it only happens once and its not the main game. That is going to confuse the shit out of people
5. Events are short as shit, and the requirements to complete it also require the level-up and recruit items that are already scarce to begin with.
6. Unlimited plays, but it pulls that " Sonic Forces Runners" crap where when you win, you get a crate, but it has a cooldown time and you're only allowed 4 if you're a free player.
If you want to play this after all of that, play the Nutaku version.
It's cute. Basically a "lite" version of TCG Live, but still has the same issues in regards to battling. Team building is hindered since you once again encounter players using legendaries that just sweep your team, even in beginner vs.
On the plus side, the 20 card limit deck is neat, as it requires you to think outside of the box. The "getting an energy card each turn" system is also neat.
Give it a try, but I wouldn't be surprised if you pass on this, as I can imagine things will get more unfair and unbalanced when newer cards are added to the game (also like TCG Live). What they really need to do is give us a TCG game that goes back to playing how it used yo be many years ago (like gameboy color game long ago)
They weren't kidding about the "Re:Start" part. They don't have as many figures as the other versions and the event is the very first one. Not complaining though, too many characters is a bad thing IMHO.
Drop rates are still shit... could have made the yellow drops more common since they matter more than the purple and below.
Not really getting the hype over this game. It doesn't really do anything different or better than other match 3 games. I'm at stage 3 in adventure and even after the event rewards it seems like the gachas are low, even for 1 stars, which you'd think would be easy to upgrade, but nope... capped at level 5 because even after 30-40 rolls, at most I only have 4 out of 5 character icons. Speaking of characters, too many skinny lolis, not enough thicc adult women.
So after doing some research online it turns out this game goes by a bajillion names, but I managed to find this "official" one (at least the one QooApp recognizes), so I deleted my "request" post.
Long story short, this is "How To Raise A Harem" excep better... and by better I mean ALL the ladies (with the exception of like one or two) are THICC adult women. No lolis around, and as someone that is anti-loli, it's a HUGE plus in my book.
Unfortunately, this game does have issues. For one thing, it HEAVILY favors whales... like you can't even create a guild unless you are VIP1. No other gacha that I've played has done this, they all allow free players to create guilds. You can't even get certain progress rewards unless you give away some money... BUT YOU STILL GET EXP FOR IT! So its like the game is taunting you by saying "hey, look at all those points you got, too bad you can't actually use them, lol!".
Team building is also screwed. Yet another gacha that level caps the lower tiers, but this game takes it to a whole new level of fail. 2 D's and 2 C's you can't even max because you need 5 of them on a team to do so. This game implies that more characters are supposed to be coming, but I guess that's never gonna happen? I've been playing this for a month and there are B Ranks that STILL have that " coming soon" tag with the gray sillouette blocking their profile icon. Luckily there are 5 B's, so at least you can start off with THAT until you get enough A's and even S's to progress furthur. Speaking of which, STOPPING PEOPLE FROM PLAYING THE MAIN MODE BECAUSE THEIR POWER IS LOW IS REALLY REALLY DUMB!!! GET RID OF THAT LIMIT!!! Let people play until they get their asses handed to them. Idle Angels lets you progress without any limits, so why can't this game???
Summon amounts are surprisingly generous though, including the gold tickets for S-SS summons (although pullrstes for them are pretty low). You can even use hearts you get fron friends and thumbs-up'ing people to summon. You're going to need to stock up on B and A pieces because the higher ranks need those to increae their ranks (A uses B pieces, S uses A pieces). Also it's odd that some characters got a redesign but the devs never replaced them. Old art is still used all over the place, so its jarring.
Overall, you should give this game a shot, but I won't blame you if you don't like it
A music game, and a damn good one at that. Not on par with old DDR or old Groove Coaster, but it's pretty close. Songs are great, majority trance/techno stuff, but like Groove Coaster, it GREATLY suffers from other songs being locked behing dlc paywalls.
So with this game, you either tap or hold your finger to the bars that appear on the screen, but rather than come from one side, they appear EVERYWHERE... up down left right, doesn't matter which side of the screen, meaning you always have to be on your toes on the higher difficulties. Thankfully the game clues you in on where to look so you're not COMPLETELY off-guard. I would HIGHLY recommend using a phone stand for this game... one where its so sturdy, the phone doesn't move, because you're going to need BOTH hands to play this game.
Highly recommend it. Make sure to download all assets from the settings menu before you actually play it though.
Everyone should play this game! Google "Bike Rider DX apk" and you should see the first apkpure link with a dinosaur as the game icon.
A very simple but tough as nails game where you collect coins and avoid obstacles to get to the end. Not using the direction pad awards you a crown. The first two games are on the 3DS, and the third game is on WiiU (Europe only). The latest version is on Switch but it's been renamed to "Crazy BMX World". The Switch version is based on this android version, which combines all 3 games into one HUGE game with lots of extra stages.
DX1 is a wold tour of different countries. DX2 has you going to all the Horoscopes as planets (Capricorn, Leo, Tauros, etc...). DX3 has you traveling through different time periods
The music is the best thing about this game. Audio crack-cocaine, you WILL get addicted to it. My all time favorite is the last stage of DX3 (the one after the future stage with all the cats).
Show your support for the devs and get this game anyway you can!!
Run! Goddess
2.5At first I thought this was going to be like "Slash and Girl", where you run and attack things, but it's not. In fact this is nowhere close to being a proper runner game, which is neither a good or bad thing.
Basically you're shooting zombies and other enemies in a post-apocolyptic future world of sorts. Some stages you run for a little bit and other stages you don't run at all. You can play this game one handed because all you do is move left and right. Upgrading characters is piss easy, and you can progress pretty far in the game from the word "go" because they give you so much resources.
The art style is clashy and all over the place. The enemies and environments have that bright color and extremely exagerated style you would normally see in shovelware mobile garbage aimed for kids these days, but the anime women are super sexy... like "borders on being an H-Game" sexy. That's not a complaint by the way, more sexy women is always welcomed, but in regards to the art style, they feel out of place in this world and feel like they belong in another game.
Overall it feels like the developer took a handful of random elements to create something out of them and this is the result. It's not bad, but outside of the sexy women, it doesn't do anything interesting either. It's a good time waster, but also a heavy battery eater. My phone was getting hot after a half hour and in an hour i had 60% battery left from 100%.
