ive been playing since 2018 and its amazing to see the growth this game has had since the start of its inception. character designs are beautiful, gameplay (mostly) are entertaining, events (mostly) are unique and power creep isnt that evident for now.
sadly the game is slowly having abit of a nosedive in terms of greediness and also near impossible events that are for full gear valks / p2w people. chip space is a good example of a p2w event. easily the most frustrating event ive ever had the chance of playing. not forgetting the transition to mostly open worlds and less chapter like which is the essence of honkai. if we wanted to play open world, we would have played genshin.
gacha rates are fine but knowing how v6.4 will be like, power creep and gachas are gonna be horrible. hopefully honkai listens to the community (not just CN) more often
honestly a frankly outstanding rhythm game that has bundles and battlepass that are really worth the money. the sad thing that is honestly bringing this game down is not the developer's fault but the player's fault. people constantly disband in cheerful show because of either
1: just shit internet
2. the song they picked didnt get chosen
3. they dont like the song that is randomised
4. they see someone with a "dont disband" and then purposely disband
like i just went through 14 matches found and then disbanded before i could play the 15th match peacefully. developer needs a harsher penalty on those who disband intentionally (if there is even a way)

3.6i really think this game is an underrated gem. most people overlook it cause of the poor gacha rates but they also forgot that we get a shit ton of free diamonds and free summon everytime. there is one big ass problem with this game.. and that is the loading times.
the engine in this game is so poorly optimized. loading times from screen to screen takes forever, watching ads for free summons can never go smoothly due to random bugs and slow loading times which forces u to always reopen the app. i would rate this game so much higher if they just fix the goddamn loading times
