-Released first event with less reward compare to china server
-Released Banner with different 4 star characters which are different from announcement and did not even try to shut the server down to prevent players from continuing pulling the banners
-Instead of giving a proper compensation , they decided to keep quite and treat it like nothing happen and they removed their apology announcement in the game
