i don't know why everyone's having problem with connections but mine seems fine except for raids.. other than that the game is great.. good story and it's f2p friendly.. i got 20k gems by playing normally without rushing the story mode.. the arena rewards are also generous.. the only minus thing here is it has a load of connecting moments in raids since it keeps on updating the damage and status the boss took from players..
