Most of these songs fall into future bass genre (further down, kawaii bass). Energetic yet relaxing, and don't bombarded us with some braindead rocknroll or chaotic symphony like some certain unpopular game out there.
Gameplay: Chibi battle, map are kinda linearity
4 in-field, 2 off-field. All these little characters doing AA & cast passives on their own, us players only have control over when/how/where to cast their actives (EX). So it's kind of boring.
Team setup also affect their positions so make sure done it right. Especially in PvP combat where every factor count.
Very casual play, daily things can be done within 10~15 minutes. Event first clears in 30 minutes. PvP can be skipped all together if you're lazy enough.
Storyline: Well writen but could've been better. Most of them just scratch/going around certain events.
There's no depth into elementary thing like how haloes, kivotos realm works, why students carry guns around, why they're resistance to ballistic, or mystery about incomprehensible beings (ie gods). Nothing yet.
Value:
Every month generally get 1~2 events, 1 sougousen, 1 daikessen & daily pvp + maintenance so
≈ 2400 per event, 1000 souryokusen, 1x10 gacha ticket daikessen (assumed both landed in gold rank), about 720+2000+1000+25*30
for reaching top 10 then stay top 200 during season.
plus 720~1200 per maintenance
Sum up about 10~12k + 1x10 ticket per month.
Whaling aspect
-1600 pyroxenes/1000JPY/30 days
-792 pyroxenes/480JPY/15 days
-6600 pyroxenes/10k JPY (limited 3 per month)
-4800 pyroxenes/10k JPY, unlimited purchase
After whaling hard enough you may gain about 1k pyro more per month with some extra ingame resources.
Not worth whaling, imho. Unless you SIMP.

There are no pity system so in the end you might end up nothing.

Graphics: Character job image aside, almost everything else are just so so.
Sound: Half of colosseum's bgm are nice, other half were bad. Story side; with a few rare exceptions, most of them bad.
Gameplay: Time hoarder, colosseum 20 minutes at certain time of the day.
Grind most of time.
Metal event, an EX2 (most efficiency stage) usual grant 420 medals/run
Assume one get 4 SS multiplier + S free multiplier
420*(1+0.5*4+0.1*4) = 1428 medals/70s
Average event required 600k~800k to get most goodies
so 8~11h per event/14 days (without x2 pot)
In worst case with only S multiplier: 17h at grind!
There's also skip fuction, though only 1 per stage/day for norm user; premium p2w pass 1k~5.5k jpy/month get us 15 skips/stage/day; this function should be free, right? RIGHT?
So if you don't have time for these BS then this game isn't for you.
Value: f2p friendly, monthly income about 4k~5k gems with every event grind & colosseum milestone done

Story: Kinda dark, all form of tragedies. Fantasy at core but getting illogical at broader sense. Puns everywhere which make it hard for non-native to understand.
Its only attractive content probably is pvp colosseum, which then force us into social connection ig? I appreciated that.
!! This review is based on personal impression, may included offensive, hate, mockery etc...
1. Graphics is well done; HD art + ripped voice from anime. UX/UI is horrible tho, it looks clean at first glance but that come as a price of sacrificing speed & navigability.
2. Gacha:
Split out premium (paid exclusive) & freemium currency.
Premium one often limited, cheaper, guaranteed 4★ unit. Freemium don't have guarantee perks. There is also free gacha which offer useless stuffs at 5 & 12JST everyday.
3. Story:
Retell everything from Enrollment, Nine school competition arc. I haven't play original story yet so no comment.
4. Gameplay system:
-The game is a mix between the old LZ + ATB gauge (FF7R like) system.
-Skills are based on 2 types: Magic or Technique and 4 elements: (赤) Red, (黄) Yellow, (青) Blue, (緑) Green. Yes, you read it right, that's just how devs named it in-game.
-There is no clear relation between elements, the game tell you what enemy weakness is and you make set base on them.
-Strenghen unit is complex & confusing. Lv, Rank (unlock magic slots, subunits), Grade (ie. limit break or duped in popular gacha games these days; upgrade skill & passive coeffs).
-You can't choose when & who to attack. Your only option are active "to be next" skill... but then sometimes your prepping skill won't cast because the character still busy with AA?! 🤣
5. Social:
There is friend system but no direct "add friend" button. There is no coop feature either. By the way, you can exchange friend medals →1x 4★ ticket every month. I believe that's the sole purpose for this half-ass implement.
