I honestly would rate it differently if it wasn't for the recent incident. I personally didn't have any issues with the game at launch, even now when I'm writing this review, it didn't crash for me a single time or anything - so I might be a little less mad at the state of the game at launch since it didn't personally affect me. However, the pure disrespect they have towards global players is already showing.
The rewards for all the (horrendeous btw, at least from what other people said) launch issues:
Global: 30x standard pulls - imo it's not that bad of a reward, but the way it was delivered certainly is bad. Not only did you have to input a code that was at the end of the dev letter, the code also expired after 48 hours.
CN (that had even less problems with launch than global): 10x limited pulls, 20x standard pulls, 1x standard 5 star selector. No need for a code, you get it immediately in the mail (which also lasts for 30 days).
!! Do whatever you want with that information, now I'll get to my opinion on the game:
The story isn't that bad, while it may not be a masterpiece, it is worth reading I guess. The character designs are nice, especially Nanna's and Logos'. The overall vibe of the game reminds me of reverse 1999 with early pgr gameplay. Which make sense, since ex kuro devs are working on this game.
Pity is 70, pull income could be better - while at first it might seem fine, you soon realize that most of the stuff you could do in the game give you rewards only once and don't refresh. Personally, I had to get to hard pity once, lose the 70 30 and then get to hard pity again for Florence. Seems like it's not just me though, and the overall rates aren't that good to begin with, with soft pity being almost non existent.
There is a weapon banner, and although from what I've seen you can't get any other 5 star weapon than the rate up - they do seem very impactful on the characters they were made for. To the point where if you don't pull for the weapon, there's no point in pulling for the character either.
Dailies are quick, the modes aren't too overwhelming in the long run but still satisfying to do (to some extent). However, their first actual event was a monkey typewriter event - which was basically a glorified idle game where you come back to it after some time, claim the rewards, upgrade the stuff and then leave for the next day. While it's not the most tedious and not really grindy because you get the rewards for.. well, not doing anything (unless you set up an autoclicker to grind for you, then you can get rewards faster) - it's certainly not the best event to start the game with.
Would probably stay for a longer time, but the difference in how they treat the cn and global communities is VERY apparent and I still have at least some self respect left (somehow, after playing so many gachas)
Amazing character designs, ui can get confusing sometimes but you can definitely get used to it, pretty generous with pulls. For the cons, the stamina system is diabolical. Maybe 4 clears and you dont have any stamina left, and those 4 cleara barely give you materials. Currently I only have 5 characters at lvl 70 while the rest of my 6 stars is around 40-60 due to the lack of resources. It's pretty evident that they don't want you to get addicted to the game since every day there's a wall you can't really get rid of when it comes to upgrading etc. Even though the game being casual is not a con itself, the lack of content to do is. Will probably continue playing because of how pretty the designs are, but I'm pretty sure I'll get bored soon
The ui looks pretty outdated and all the upgrading stuff, teambuilding etc gets extremely complicated very quickly. However, the game seems to be pretty generous, the story is quite good and its also rich in content - whether that's a good thing is up to you, there's a lot of stuff to do. A lot of menus to go through, and the game overall can freeze if you for example minimize it for a very quick moment which gets pretty frustrating sometimes. If you're bored of all the cookie cutter gachas out there I'd recommend this one, but if you're not then honestly just don't bother
Actually one of my favorite gacha games. Honestly it feels more like a character collector than an actual gacha because of how generous it is. The translation unfortunately is rough because of how direct it is, but apparently they want to actually hire english translators along the way, and the translations - despite not being perfect - don't really make the game less fun, since you can understand pretty much everything. The character art is amazing, I honestly don't think I ever played a gacha game where I loved every single character without any exceptions. The gameplay is turn-based with cards that spend the stamina that you get every round. There are strike, defense etc cards. Most stages have an entire map that you can explore before the boss fight - with other smaller fights, random events etc. But in a lot of stages you don't need to fully explore the map to get to the final boss, so it's mostly just up to you whether you want to 100% it. The start of the game might feel a little tedious due to not really being able to do anything until you clear a certain story stage, then slowly unlock the rest of functions. Most characters themselves are good, with lots of different strategies, and a lot of stages can feel challenging. I strongly recommend this game.
It might not stand out gameplay-wise, but god do i love this game. Started playing right before the 7th anniversary and I do think that was a great decision. After the english version ended its service i couldnt get myself to download the japanese version simply because of my lost progress, but now that i finally actually started playing the japanese version - i have no regrets. The characters are adorable, the ui does kinda look outdated but honestly its too cute to care about it. Overall, the game is so sweet I got diabetes. Go play it now
Fanservice aside, the gameplay of the game is great. It's very easy to get characters, since recruiting them costs gold. The characters actually look pretty cool, the music is great, and no stamina is definitely satisfying to see in a gacha game.
UPDATE: After 3 more months of playing, I reached level 60 (max). Ever since I started playing the game I've been doing all dailies, weeklies and most events. I actually got Tristan literally a moment before her banner ended which gave me hope. But then I realized it only got worse ever since I wrote that review. The gacha system, while not THE worst in the gacha sphere, its still very VERY bad. The 2% pull rate might seem nice on paper, but the required pulls for hard pity don't. Overall, the game doesn't even respect your time - the auto is horrendeous and you need to do everything manually. The only game mode that actually stands out and wasn't a hustle to do (at least when I played it for the first time..) was Spiral of Destinies, but with each run taking at least an hour I quickly fell out of love with this mode.
I truly wanted to like this game. Great gameplay, nice graphics, story is just ok. But the gacha system is honestly a joke. I tried pulling for Tristan and got 3 off rate legendaries hitting pity every single time. Still no Tristan. Not having a guaranteed up rated character after more than 2 offrate legendaries in the year of 2025 feels like an absolute joke, also disrespectful to the players. Probably will drop the game, which is a shame.
A very solid game for an idle gacha game. Pull currency is somewhat generous, I've been playing almost since launch and honestly the only thing I can truly complain about is the lack of QoL features. They did recently add a few more of those, however making players manually progress through so many story stages instead of just letting it auto progress is just diabolical. But overall, the characters are amazing, the story is fine, although I'd say that the specific characters' stories are the highlight of it. In my opinion one of the very, very few idle gachas worth playing. Even if it's a little bit less idle than most idle games.
A gacha game that doesn't feel like a gacha game. I'd say it feels more like a subscription-based game with the battlepass thing, since it makes things MUCH more easier and it's almost a must unless you're a masochist.
From what I see, all characters are available for shards, and the fomo is little to none in this game. Challenging gameplay (mostly due to the poor tutorial, but at least it makes you appreciate anything easier than that, take quantum physics for an example), good story, absolutely amazing character design. As always, thank you Project Moon for the most confusing but also the best game out there. I love Gregor.
Amazing game, extremely pleasing to the eye. Character designs can be pretty unique especially the 4 and 3 stars, the wilderness (basically a base) system is not a pain to deal with as much as it can be in other games. Relatively easy content, great story despite a few mistakes in english. It also doesnt't take that long to do dailies, although I'd much prefer an option to skip a stage I already did, a 4x stamina clear is still better than a normal one. Usually 2 stage runs for all of the stamina to get used, which isnt't so bad. The limbo stages (like abyss in genshin for example) are great, I usually can just auto anything from stages 1 to 5 and manually do the 6th (final) limbo stage. Pull income is decent, currently I think I only dont't have 3 6 stars in the entire game despite being a light/medium spender. The battlepass has amazing skins and decent value for the money you spend. The boss designs and the tactics for them are diverse especially for a mobile game, a gacha one at that... If you're unsure whether you want to try the game out, do it. The worst thing that can happen is that you just uninstall it. I do have to say this might just be my favorite gacha game. Although a lot of the basic stuff doesnt't take a lot of time, the events (that aren't necessary, with the ones that take the most time being very generous in upgrade mats but not pull currency) can take a whole lot of time and usually the game gives you enough time to grind through them without the feeling of missing out on it if you don't do it all on the first day.
I might just be a Reverse:1999 glazer tho, thanks to X and Medicine Pocket.
If you can ignore the disturbing similiarity to genshin, the game is actually decent. The new season's codes can get you 4 5 star selectors, the current banners let you choose any 5 star in the game to pull for, same with their signature weapons. You certainly have to grind a lot in the early game but later on it gets better. Currently I have to do a stage around 3 times every day. Character design is amazing, I instantly fell inlove with Aurora, Veleno and Arin. You can auto through most stages but I'd recommend manually fighting bosses since they can get pretty tricky for the ai to deal with.
Pretty good game, very similiar to epic seven due to the same devs. Pull income is decent, though it does suck that they mostly just give out tickets that don't give you the mileage points. 3 star rates are not bad and character shards are not hard to get. And since its basically epic seven's twin, ONLY GRIND SPEED GEAR. Speed is the answer to everything.
For a netmarble game, seems decent. For a gacha game, a little below average. Doesn't seem to be that p2w, I have 3 maxed out characters so far and there are a lot of ways to power up. One character copy per rank up is actually pretty good, since a lot of games like this require a lot of copies *cough cough* afk arena *cough cough*. The usual gacha game gameplay - you set it to auto battle and leave your phone hostage to the game. Good time waster.
UPDATE: After 29 days of playing, the reward income seems to be pretty stable and it's not difficult to get a new 6 star character as long as you have some time. There's a ton of ways to get the pull currency, though some of them may take some time, usually they're worth it. A lot of interesting (with some a little bit less interesting, but so far not annoying) game modes that give rewards. Being able to sweep stages is also a godsend. Definitely one of the best gacha games for your phone.
Great game with amazing character design and high quality 3D models, both hot women and men so pretty much anyone can find something they like in this game. Auto could definitely get an update though, it doesn't know when to actually use ultimates etc, so it requires to manually play the slightly harder stages. So far the game currency is pretty generous and the pull income feels pretty stable. The UI can be kind of confusing at first but its easy to get used to it after maybe 2 or 3 days. Will probably continue playing until I get bored, tho it doesn't seem like it'll be anytime soon.
Amazing graphics and characters, gameplay is not too hard but also still sometimes can be challenging if you want it to be, character gameplay is really diverse and it feels rewarding to finish a stage.
The gacha system is almost the same as the gacha from other hoyoverse games, although the currency can get a litle scarce sometimes.
If you get bored with other gacha games, you definitely should try this one since it's pretty much a breath of fresh air with a great quality.
The only downside is how long it can take to load and how much it overheats the device, but even with that it doesn't really lag too much.
Good character design, lots of fanservice but on an acceptable level. Gameplay is pretty unique for a gacha game, it's a third person shooter with lots of multiplayer modes, it sure is niche but really good. The gacha isn't too stingy, but you still gotta grind for the pulls especially later on. The story can take some time and if you play it too much at a time you can get easily burnt out (like me), so remember take a break when it feels too tedious.
Events are pretty generous, the character gear is pretty easy to get and the fomo is pretty average for a gacha game.
I really wanted to like this game, the character art is amazing, ui is not bad, gacha isn't that bad either. Unfortunately there is no skip option for the story stages, and the game requires you to just grind through so many stages just to unlock basic stuff. Story isn't really anything special and not outstanding, but not that bad. It's just really grindy, which is why I'm dropping it.
EDIT: I decided to give the game a little bit of time, and it definitely gets better. As long as you have some free time to spare it's actually a pretty decent game and the pull income doesn't seem to get too low even after the newbie events' end.
EDIT2: Turns out that if you want to upgrade weapons on higher levels you need an item that is from a paid battle pass, so far i havent seen any other way to get it. It's unacceptable for a game to lock such an important item behind paid stuff. Uninstalled

3.0The character designs are great, after 30 pulls on a beginner banner (which you can get very easily) you can pick a 6 star that you want. The gameplay reminds me of girls frontline 2 a lot, but with more loading (the game sometimes has problems with internet despite my internet being good).
The main menu screen got me confused at first but it's easy to get used to, you have a dorm system with rewards for upgrading characters that is enough to level them up at least a few times in the beginning. The achievements in the game are very generous imo, since some give 60 and some give e even 120 of the pull currency (you need 160 for a single pull).
Other than the loading thing I haven't encountered any problems, and you can skip stages you already got 3 stars on.
I will probably continue playing until I get bored
