4.0

Consistency is the word that can define Eversoul. It has high points, but not strong points. Its gacha has a good drop rating considering that to level up a character to a usable level (140+) requires multiple copies of the character. The voice acting leaves nothing to be desired, the OST is enjoyable, and it has a variety of female characters. The game universe is nothing revolutionary, but it makes sense and is harmonious. And the biggest highlight of the game is not in it itself, but in the team behind it. The devs are very attentive and quick to fix problems (as well as being very generous with in-game rewards).

However, the game needs to improve A LOT, because for now it is in an average stage. The loading screens for the battlefields take a long time, the battles are not at all interactive (I don't particularly mind with that, but I believe that other players feel uncomfortable), I have the impression that some characters are very poor in terms of personality. The guild system is also not very usable, being or not being in a guild doesn't make that much difference in the long run. And of course, with more than 2 weeks playing you realize that the game is very repetitive and becomes boring.

I believe that these negative points will be corrected over time, as I have already noticed great changes that have been taking place in patches since the game's debut. I hope that soon, cooperative multiplayer will be possible too.

I have a great affection for Eversoul and I hope it evolves more and more. I highly recommend the game, despite the cons, the pros manage to stand out! [厲害]

Genshin Impact

Genshin Impact

4.6

Genshin Impact is a game that I could summarize in a few words as an excellent game, but elaborated further, it has many sharp points that set it apart from other games in the stores.

First of all, the company behind the game, Hoyoverse, is VERY attentive to details; every tiny pixel is thought and made with a lot of love and dedication. Games under the Hoyoverse umbrella are always like this. Everything is done with a lot of care and attention, and as you advance in the game, it becomes more noticeable. The game's OST is spectacular, the immersion and feelings it brings are indescribable. The regions and nations are well worked out, from the grass on the ground to the cultural elements are well researched.

However, Genshin Impact is a game made for casual players, as late game content is scarce and what little it has is kind of neglected. It's a game that seeks to keep and bring in new players and let the older ones go. For me I don't have any problems, as I'm the type of player who plays on the weekend, I don't have as much time to spend the day in the game, however, for those who have enough free time, this can be a problem.

With each new update, the game takes a step forward in terms of story, content and events, however, for people with an average device, it is no longer possible to play comfortably. Average FPS will be less than 20 (even with graphics at minimum); long loading screens; the space occupied in the internal storage is gigantic, exceeding 22GB; many black screens; cell phone frying in hand; constant crashes and other problems. I had to opt for an emulator and cloud gaming to be able to continue playing since after 3.2, my game wouldn't open and when I opened it ran with a little more than 10 frames per second.

The gacha system is satisfactory IF compared to others out there. It could only be pleasant if the game offered more generous rewards in a short period of time and with adequate difficulty, after all, currently having to do all the floors of the abyss for crumbs doesn't compensate for the 100 pulls gacha system and guaranteed or 50/50 . A F2P struggles in this game, and even if you choose to buy, the prices are very high and low cost-benefit for Brazil.

But not everything is so gray, despite the many negative points, the strong positive points manage to stand out. The gameplay is fun, interesting, relaxing (depending on what you're doing), and so far I've never found a game that surpasses Genshin in terms of exploration. There are a wide variety of regions and locations to explore; fun mechanics that contribute to a better exploration and all accompanied by beautiful graphics (on an above average device) and impeccable soundtrack.

The character catalog is varied, there is something for almost all tastes and the story quests can bring you closer to the characters. Multiplayer is nice, but I miss a guild system and more co-op activities without necessarily being about farming and defeating bosses. Another very striking point is the game's lore that is above average, every time you go deeper and explore it you realize the effort put in by the development team. Several plot twists and exciting moments, as well as beautiful cutscenes.

In general, Genshin Impact is worth investing your time, your effort, your patience, making it a source of pleasure. It is certainly one of the best games of the decade and I believe that in the future it will be even better if it improves on its current flaws. I recommend that you try this game, it is very interesting and surprising for a free game.
