back when I played the cbt2, I was so hyped for this game and couldn't understand why people were complaining about the combat system , I never played any dmc game backthen so I was not sure . But now that Ive played dmc5 I can understand why ,its just doesn't feel like dmc .
ok so lets judge it from a gacha games perspective ...
characters has different versions of them different rareity basically .
the game gives you 10 reroll multis to get a S character or weapon of your choice but unlike other games you actually have to pay money for that perticular multi, like why? p2w from start ?
the general banner has a short pity of 40 pulls (for the first time ig)where as the limited banner (vergil )has a pity of 90 with 0.66% drop rate .
theres also weapon banner but nobody gonna give a shit to those.
one multi costs you 1800 which are not so easy to farm .
you get a free S version of Dante if you complete certain missions which are a lot .
also one thing they gives you a free summer skin for lady by login in to the game for 18 or so days but dont give her, so you have to pull for her to use that skin .
story is decent cutscenes are alright but sometimes audio doesn't matches with it. controls are good also have controller Support .
so overall not a bad game but man o man its gonna be hard for f2ps, coz pricing in this game is as bad as EA games.
one last thing if you are from asia your ping will always be High as theres not even a single server for Asia .
pros-
Decent turn based game (good tbh from 2020 pov)
good graphics with good sound(ost,va)
easy to understand mechaniscs
cons-
theres no way to farm main gacha currency(linkstone)other than watching adds (gives 12 of those after watching 8 adds a day), you can also get some(10) from one add but the probability is low and accending characters (150 each=3pulls). this is because the game initially didnt have any gacha system they added it later on.
same characters but different elements and different moveset
can buy some characters using diamonds/gems(farmable)/renown(farmable), but the latest characters are need to be summon on
main banner also consists weapons(3types) so the drop rates arent that great.
pity after 90 pulls
personally I only tried this game in 2023 just because it had a colllab with code geass ,so other than that I dont think the games that much worthy to play on 2023
You need to connect a Jp vpn during the 1st time login, and then can turn it off during ingame data download is going on.
Gameplay wise solid turn based game, characters has different classes and different colour types(3).
Graphics is top notch, with proper well made cutscenes.
gacha rates are some what decent atleast on paper (4% for SSR) with pity after 200 pulls, the pity wont reset even if get a SSR . you can get the featured ssr with 0.75% drop and featured ssr card with 0.5% both in the same banner
Its 2023 and the game is almost 8 years old still the only playable bleach game out there.so here are some of my thoughts
Pros-
1. The game follows the anime story line on point other than fillers.
2. Apart from main story there are a load ton of other stories.
3. Follows the manga that's why the game has a lot of characters with powerups which isn't shown in the anime yet
4. More than 2k characters to playewith
5. Kinda f2p friendly ig
6. Has various game modes
7. DROP rates are good and a 5* featured character is guaranteed on certain steps
Cons-
1.as the game is almost 8 years old the gameplay is not that great if you compare it with today's standards
2. I don't know why but the game seems to have less active players considering it's hard to match in co-op
3. The character build up mechanism is a bit complex for the beginners
Conclusion -
If you are a fan of bleach anime then you can enjoy this game (if you don't wanna spoil) and if you are not into the anime then I don't think.
Pros-
1. Game runs smooth in almost every decent device.
2. The graphics are top notch and adjustable according to your device
3. The story is also good and sad tbh, 
4. The music specially the boss osts are something to listen too
5. Even though the characters are same but each unit is different from other with different weapons and skill set.
6. F2p friendly. Whenever a new characters drop you are 100% guaranteed to get that character if you reach the pity. Also there are 2 types of characters - Constructs and Transcendants. Constructs require 60 pulls(6 multy) to pity while Transcendants require only 10 pulls (1 multy).
Don't recommend the 6* weapons though
Also A rank constructs are f2p
7. The collab characters are not irrelevant
8. The combat is fast paced
9. Skins are pretty dope
10. Grinding isn't a issue
11. Co-op is So-so
12. Kuro games is way better then most of the billion dollars devs out there
Cons-
1. The game size keeps increasing with every update
2. The fights are pretty hard at the later part of the story and need skills to win
3. Even though the game receives an update almost every month sometime it may feel a little boring and repeatative.
One personal thing that I don't like is that how much behind is the global version compared to the CN, and they don't seem to have any plan on catching up.
Well been playing the game since launch and did take few breaks from time to time but have to say the game is worth playing and enjoyable.
Overall a very good 4v4 game.
The main issue is there are tons of hackers in the game and the devs doesn't do much about it.
If you are a one piece fan then you can try it coz there aren't many one piece game for global
Edit : Don't even think about starting this game at this point. The hackers are back and now more than ever, every 2nd match is a hacker and you can't do shit against those mfs. Even the anti hacker units are useless against them .Bandai doesn't give a f*k about this so weve decided to not spend any money in the game or maybe quit the game too
Basically Candy crush with Tokyo Revengers theme.
The game is nice, the tutorial phase is short but the ingame download (670mb+) takes a lot time and it's best to use mobile network over wifi.
While using WiFi you might face a download error and have to download the whole data again even though the downloaded data still exists.
Gacha is OK I say
Two things to pull one the characters and the skill cards using same currency
Overall it's a good game if you want something to kill time and if you're a fan of the series
