If i had to summarize what this game is about I'd tell you princess connect with guns (it reminds me of priconne a bit too much even but we're not gonna talk about that...)
firstly, i don't understand people whining about the gacha since F/GO players would ejaculate out of their tearducts if they saw a whole 7. 8% for rate ups
if you bother reading further i have but a few things to point out first being you REALLY should give it a try since i think it's pretty fun, but here's where you might get disencouraged....
i will not lie i can see how with time your gacha currency gain would drop by a lot, but by that time you should have a bunch of decent units evenif they aren't 3★, and at first seeing how damage types work you'd think the game is gacha heavy and i wouldn't pie that it is but there is a simple reason why this isn't an issue
the 2nd damage type you're introduced to is heavy which is weak to piercing damage, so you need a student with piercing damage alright but EVEN if you SOMEHOW don't get a piercing damage student by the first time you see a heavy armored unit one of the starter characters already has piercing damage
basically the game compensated being so heavily gacha based by introducing new armor types really slowly and giving you a piercing damage student already when you start , this can't be said for the mystic damage type since you don't get that as a starter although I'm finishing mission area 3 and i haven't seen a single enemy with the matching armor type
one other thing to point out but not disencourage you is how acctually tedius the menu screen is- not the design or button layout but how slow everything loads the task screen loads as fast as a mission loading screen and this isn't exaggerated at all
final thoughts: fun, try it and stop bitching about the gacha rates

4.8i suck at rythm games but they did too good of a job with character design so I'm basically required to play this
