D4DJ Groovy Mix | English

5.0

Re-reviewing D4DJ after a bit of a long time!

This mobile rhythm game is quite the adventure, actually.
Quite a wide cast of characters, all different in looks and personality, you're bound to love them. Each unit has a different theme, each being cool in their own way. The character and unit designs are a 5/5 for me, I love everyone!
(Personally, my favourite units are Merm4id, Lyrical Lily, and UniChØrd)

The gacha rates are 3% for a 4★ (just like in Project SEKAI and BanG Dream! Girls Band Party!) but I feel like it's a lot easier to get new cards quickly in D4DJ than the other, too, because of the START DASH! and other frequent events such as the Audition Gachas.

The gameplay is the most fun I've ever had in a mobile idol rhythm game. I love playing in fully Manual Mode. I love all the features it has that Bandori and Prosekai don't. There is also Auto Mode that has no daily limit or anything like that, which is useful for auto farming songs for more diamonds.

The stories are nice and fun, ranging from a DJ Festival to defeating evil AI to prevent WW3 from happening!

Tiering is also a little bit easier than in Project SEKAI and Bandori, if you're interested in that!

Overall, it's a great game. I definitely recommend it!

Ensemble Stars!! Training

5.0

Ensemble Stars fitness app goes crazy 🔥🔥🔥 whys it actually good though.. you can set what body part you want to focus on and how much (i set all of them on max🔥🔥) and also more stuff. It's in japanese, but you dont really need to know what they're saying to be able to use the app.

It's fun and silly, and now the damn pink twink, whose name i forgot, can bully me into moorrning training.

also, you can choose songs that play in the background during training that's also very cool cause enstars songs are pretty good.

It's all completely free, btw. you get to train once a day (which is enough tbh) and there's a "muscle rank" system to motivate you

overall, it's pretty good, and you should try it out 😈😈

IDOL TRAINJNG LETS GO 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Riichi City

1.0

This was way worse than I expected it to be.

I like playing Mahjong and know the rules overall, but this game was bad in everything.

The art style is kinda ugly.

You get 0 Gacha Currency at the beginning of the game – and the game literally doesn't tell you how to get them. I honestly have no idea how I'm supposed to gacha because after 2 hours of playing, I have gotten the amazing amount of 0 vouchers (which is what they call the gacha currency here).

The gameplay is Mahjong. I like Mahjong, but it might not be for everyone, though. The reason why I gave gameplay the crappy rating is because, well, this game does nothing about it. Mahjong was long invented. This adds nothing to it.

As far as I am aware, there was no storyline, not that I was expecting any. That is why I put it as N/A in the review. Not that it would change the rating anyway.

Music was... ok. There's not much to say about it. It was just kinda annoying and just... there, I guess.

Overall, yeah, the lowest rating. Lazily created game. 0 potential. End of service when

TLDR, since most of y'all can't read:

There is nothing that makes this game stand out from the other Mahjong apps or makes it better/equal to them.
The gacha is absolutely terrible, the music is annoying and bad, the artwork is basically the art style of every other cashgrab artstyle.

Maybe if they would actually start putting effort into their games, they'd get a rating that's higher than 1.0 and make some kind of profit.

Touhou Fantasy Eclipse

3.0

I tried this game out today as I've been a Touhou fan for a long time.

The overall art style and theme of the game feels a little weird? to me as the colors used are very dark and I guess I'm just not used to it. Personally I don't really like it.

The costumes of some of the characters are redesigned. Sometimes for the worse. I don't like that either.

The music is amazing as always for Touhou, not much to say here.

I cannot comment on the story as I haven't read it.

The gameplay was kinda fun. I didn't really enjoy it that much.

You know a game is good when you have no idea what you're doing or what's happening or what you're supposed to be doing yet somehow you're still having fun.

The graphics are nice, the game runs nicely, the music is nice. I really don't know what to say because I can't understand anything yet I still really enjoyed playing this.
Honestly I wasn't expecting much from this game, I'm surprised by how it's actually good.

I hope English ver. comes one day. I'd be the first one to download it [厲害][大哭][大哭]

I've already reviewed the Global version and the JP version so I won't keep it long but something about this version is that for some reason it runs a lot better on my phone than Global and JP for some reason. Don't really know why, it just does.

It's a pretty good game honestly. The 3DMVs are really nice, the 3D models of characters and costumes are always completely accurate to the card art.
The rhythm game is good. The sliders and flicks are friendlier than in other rhythm games like Bandori.
The cards artstyle is nice, but personally I find their cards boring when compared to Bandori cards.
Also it is very easy for beginners to get lots of diamonds to start with here.
Overall, I enjoyed it.

Touhou Arcadia Record

3.4

The gameplay is entertaining. The story is nice. The art is good. It's a really cute game, I enjoyed it. The gacha is fine, I got a 3 star in my first 10 pull. Overall it's okay. I might continue playing this.

Identity V | Global

1.0

It's really bad.

Main Storyline gets updated once every 2 years or more, and when it does, there's literally just 5 minutes of it added. You can currently finish the main story in 30 minutes. This game has existed for 7 years.

The game is extremely Survivor-sided, but at the same time, it's literally extremely boring and nerve-wracking to play either faction.

The music is kinda nice, I guess. I mean, there kinda isn't any actual music during matches unless you're being chased where there's this "Chase Music" thing but you have to buy them and that takes kinda long time and the options are bad and the default one is bad too. What I like is like 3 of the Room Music ones which are like basically Lobby music.

S tier skins and other stuff are way too hard to obtain, and you genuinely have a very low chance of getting anything without reaching pity. Even buying characters to play takes a bit of a lot of time.

Quite a lot of bugs and glitches and always laggy because of the server. You can have the best internet and still if you live in Europe you're bound to lag badly anyway.

Customer Support is just bots that will generate you the same response every time and never actually respond with something helpful. If you get a major problem in the game, contacting them is basically mostly useless and you'll just have to deal with it.

Would genuinely never recommend playing.

Genshin Impact

4.4

Time for a Genshin Impact review, huh...

Now, the Graphics are amazing, landscapes, the sky, everything look really beautiful and the way they're mixed with outstading Original Soundtracks makes it even better.

Character Design is great, there's always at least 1 character who is gonna fit exactly your tastes. And even if there isn't yet (which is kinda hard considering how many different characters there are) HoYoVerse is like a character machine so there'll definitely be one that you are gonna fall in love with. I actually came back to Genshin after not playing in a while just because I love Wriothesley.

Storyline is very interesting. It kind of feels like it's going a little too slow but overall it's quite the nice experience. It really makes for quite the adventure. Something that kind of annoys me is how sometimes I'll be having way too many different types of Quests open with no idea of which one I should get done first... that's probably just a personal thing though.

Now Gacha? I think it's fine. I personally don't really care about the gacha as I'm just very focused on Wriothesley now and nobody else [汗顏][害羞][厲害]

Materials are easy to farm.
Artifacts are a pain to farm. I hate farming Artifacts. But they're absolutely crucial to your team or else you won't be able to go through with the game. It genuinely bugs me and is the one thing that actually kinda keeps me from playing. I just really don't want to farm artifacts. [發困]
If you're a new player, you should watch guides online and try to understand artifacts as soon as possible so that they'll be slightly less of a pain later on.

Honestly, Genshin Impact is really not my usual type of game. Nonetheless I'd do anything for Wriothesley. [厲害]

Also the game takes 30GB now... keep that in mind. [大哭]

My first ever rhythm game, and I still love it to this day. The card art is so cute, the characters are all amazing to the point where it's genuinely difficult to pick a favorite. All bands have their own music style which is great. Sometimes EN kinda has small problems, and currently the events are kinda off-season due to them wanting to catch up to JP (Christmas event currently on-going and it's August).
Overall, I recommend this game.
