This game is an open world game and I have noticed that leveling up slows down significantly when you are level 17-20. The game is kind of fun, but it requires you to play in a team and I recommend you not to Solo if you can't handle the enemy properly, that's why bigger level players usually help you while when they want to do a few quests with kill enemies.
