it was a fun until it stopped working for me. I don't know why these games just stop working but i would like to fine out how to fix it.

its a nice game but ive been having a problem with reinstalling it. Whenever I try to reinstall it always stops at 4% like I'll be gone for an hour and its still on 4% and i dont know why. I have enough room for it all and the wifi is strong. sadly I dont know what to do now. if anyone can help me i would be grateful.
