First day player impression.
This game is fine. Artwork and voice acting are great, music is amazing because ofcourse, it's still Touhou.
Gameplay is possibly the best among all Touhou gacha game. Which doesn't say much because most of them are disappointments, i know. But it's alright. A mix of Zombie Tsunami and some bullet hell, some RPG elements.
Unlike CB/LW, it's not a grindfest because of skip tickets.
It has auto pilot mode, but you gotta pilot all the harder stages so the fun doesn't simply go away. It's also surprisingly hard to get 3* challenge rewards from a stage(3* challenge, not 3* a stage). Those are: Take no hit, Kill all enemies, Collect all coins. You can also retry a stage if you wish to finish all challenge, it doesn't cost anything. Can borrow friend's support 3 times everyday for free.
Oh yeah it also has Memory Film system similar to Genshin's Artifacts/E7 Gears. Ugh.... Hate this RNG.
Now.... Gacha. It's hard to say. It's quite similar to Blue Archive which mean "bad enough but managable"
SSR(3*) rate is 2.5%, rate up character 0.75%, need 200 for spark, banner last for 2 weeks and the game seems to gives gem as much as most standard gacha game out there. As newbie you can atleast pull 30 times, so use it for rerolling for whoever you like.
Overall, not too bad as a side game. For now.
Edited: Drop to 3.4 because the crash issue is getting more and more often. It's annoying.
Edited(2): After playing for a few months, i came to the conclusion that this game is the best gacha Tohhou game so far. Finally an actual fun, engaging Touhou gacha game with lots of contents. You don't have to trust the devs or me, but i have only seen positive things from them... atleast in this game. Hopefully the next time i edit this review, it wouldn't be bad news.
Edited(3): Unfortunately, it was bad news. Events have gotten worse. Character have different skills compare to their PV. Touhou AR also followed LW and released a new Remilia in different clothing as new characters... Worse, she has no voice whatsoever. New PC-98 event looks hype but it was actually just a huge let down. Atleast the gameplay is still alright.
Edited(4): This will be my last edit until this game gets better... or closed. Anniversary event happened during Late July and it was a complete disappointment. Only 2 old characters in different clothing as new ones, they don't even have voice. One more new music, which is the first new music after serveral months. That's all, literally nothing else. No new contents ever since my 3rd edit. Apparently Klab no longer have enough money to make new content anymore.... I feel like Arcadia Record won't last much longer. It would take a miracle to save this game. Truly a shame, it had potentials and it was fun.
Pros:
+ It's Nat Games from Nexon KR, not Nexon Global
+ A lot of loli
+ Pretty decent rate(2.5% SSR)
+ Good art, include chibi
+ Story is actually damn good
+ Music is top tier
+ Not grindy. Unlimited auto sweep after you 3* a stage.
Cons:
- It's still Nexon KR. Which also means your IP might be blocked, good luck with VPN.
- A lot of loli
- High rate but low rate up, low resources. Save up or luck can save you.
-PvP is extremely RNG-based, and PvP DO MATTERS.
Many people think it's similar to Arknights. Put aside their completely different gameplay(This one has unique and fun gameplay imo), many things here are similar to Arknights, except way better. Better UI, better model(3D in combat and L2D in lobby), better gacha, better QoL , much better auto farming. Best part is no tedious base management since your character never get tired.

This game is indeed similar to Azur Lane in many ways, but different gameplay and has Touhou music which is obviously damn good. You get tons of gacha currency(30+ rolls per month), character rate is high(5%) but rate up is quite low(0.5%), high pity count(150), does not carry over banner, and banner only lasts 1 week. Plenty of non-limited characters are good, but if you are a waifu collector then... good luck. Still f2p friendly in my book.
Story is pretty chill, nothing truly serious so far. But surely you don't play Touhou for story, right?
Extremely fun game. Biggest problem is tons of ads.
I get it's the only way to keep the game alive, so i can bear with it.
Let me get this straight. You want a waifu collecting game? This game is for you.
It's a chill game, very f2p friendly. The community is one of the most friendly as well.
Btw, the only reason why i rated it low is because this game offer almost nothing but waifu. Gameplay and story are meh, that's about it.
This game is a bit overhyped imo.
Pretty good gameplay, but after AR30 it's just chest spamming and burn Resin in 10 mins, so i feel kinda bored. Would be nice if we have more quest to do.
Another complaint is.. why are most bosses so lame and easy to read? Only Abyss is challenging.
Story is fine, nothing special so far. Weird how NPC story is more interesting(and more depressing) than main story. But it's a new game so i can expect more in the future.
Music is very high quality. 5/5

Still recommend this game, it has potential.
A good game overall, f2p friendly if you manage your resources. Kinda lack content or should i say lack so much... anyway, this isn't supposed to be a main game so it's fair.
The community can be toxic and stubborn, and it's easy to see just by looking at the comment. Just stick with your friend, it's the only good community.

4.0Launch PGR player here. I just feel like WW didn't fully live up to my expectation.
We all probably agree the gameplay and graphic are good. Gameplay is every bit as fun as i thought. Game is laggy first day but a lot better after that.
So what about the story and music?
Story isn't really good at the current moment except for Scar part and may be Act 5-6. May be it's normal, early game usually don't do well with story. I can wait.
But my biggest problem is the music. It's just not memorable enough. I expected a lot more after being spoiled rotten by PGR music. The SFXs are also somewhat lacking. Like, not impactful enough i guess? Just the same thing i feel since CBT.
It has potentials to become much better, that's for sure. I'm waiting for Kuro to cook. They actually listen, they can do it.
