game is very generous with gacha. not only you get lot of diamonds but you also often get selectors even eith SSR rarity. thst being said, ssr are quite hard to comeby and in this game you need a lot of dupes to increase level cap. from experience, most players dont even use ssr and opt for sr+r instead since the only difference are skills.
while game is generous, has no stamina and dungeons that drop gear that is completely random are limited, i never felt that it is limited too much. you will still hit few wallblock until you minmax your stats. you also operate 3 teams at once meaning you need resources and gear for 15 units. its not hard but if you can, dont use same element heroes - it will only slow you down.
tl;dr; game is worth playing long time but expect to grind a lot for perfect gear. cash shop is fairly limited so even whale wont be too strong.
