Well, just came back to see that the APK can't be played unless you download it from Google Play because the region-locked.
Anyway, am I the only one who stil thinking like this--now the server isn't stable, so they decide to region-locked it to just US and Canada. Even with just the NA region, their server downed. Maybe, just maybe, if their server is more stable after they handled it, they will unlock it for us, to worldwide server.
