it has its own uniqueness, as it has its own complex beatmapping which makes it challenging, its good for people who just started out rhythm games and people who love challenging beatmaps. some people such as myself don't entirely pay attention to the lore and simply here for the gameplay, since the storyline doesn't really stand out to me that much. most valuable part of this game is possibly how you're able to play offline. one of the best rhythm games to go when you dont have wifi or poor data. only problem is that i dont enjoy how it doesn't have an option to skip the tutorial, as the tutorial has all fundamentals of what makes a normal rhythm game.
i cried while playing this, my life is finally complete. i experienced true happiness. i finally got a husband, 12 kids, and a dog for some entire reason.
graphical wise, its generally pretty good. i originally came here because i loved Onmyoji RPG. however there is a common bug whereas, your sound ingame suddenly goes slient which ruins the game experience in my personal opinion. storyline wise, the story is only brought to you by skins or from ORPG. skins + their effects are genuinely pretty good and can be better in comparison with other mobas, such as MLBB as an example. the gameplay produces a fair fight between both teams. as you dont have the option to level up skill trees or anything of that unlike mlbb or aov as an example. in my opinion, when it comes to fairness in gameplay OA is possibly your best choice MOBA wise. however, their is a big, common problem among this game. which is the lack of players due to netease not caring about global as much compared to their favorite child, china. supposedly, only cn are only allowed to have the vast majority of collabs there which sucks for basically anyone outside of the cn server. another problem which causes the lack of players is obviously the lack of advertising netease puts into this game which is disappointing, due to the fact that this game has so much potential but it has been wasted to a company who only focuses onto cn servers.
one of my first games i've played when it came to the "openworld" genre back in middle school. however, i advise you to get guidance on this game, as seasonal stories can be confusing with little to no context sometimes or can be easily missed while spacing out. this game is great with a friendly and opening fandom, it's easy to make friends on here as long as they're online consistently (unless you got their socials)
in my opinion, the game is very fun. however, majority of the game seems botted unfortunately. graphical wise, it is better than some other mobas. skin wise, they are also good and may give out free skins time to time which i think is nice. the main problem about this game is due to the lack of advertising this game has. it has died down especially in NA servers where you're greeted with tons of bot matches.
oof I like it but it keeps loading whenever i click on an icon somewhere but i'm patient enough some games are like that. (p.s I love the Ghostrule song added to the homepage~)
