Maybe its my phone but the game can't even get past the loading screen before it crashes and kicks me out the app. Anyone else knows how to fix it ?

I just started playing the game and I'm on lvl 3 and I have the mother of all bugs/Glitch. Lvl starts and my character isn't loading at all i hear him but i can not see him and nothing works any fixes? Read Note
