My Little Witch

My Little Witch

3.0

This game is just your typical idle game where you merge two of the same things to make it into another thing. And this thing you merge is your weapon to defeat the monsters.

If you want more outfits and hairstyles, you have to buy them using crystals. You can get 215 crystals daily through the daily quest which is really simple to complete. Daily quest has a 7/8 hours cooldown so there's a chance for you to get 430 crystals a day if you're desperate enough. You will also get crystals for defeating bosses in another mode that will only be available to you after a certain stage.

The nicer outfits/hairstyles aren't cheap though, some are over 4000 crystals so basically, you have to either play the game for a very very long time or spend real money to buy the crystals in game to get them.

As you progress through the stages, you get to unlock supporters who help you fight the monsters. They just help make defeating the monsters faster. You can upgrade them to level 10 using coins but after that, it's all crystals.

All in all, it's just like every idle merge game out there. If you have lots of time on your hands and you don't mind getting bored then this game is the perfect choice.

Blade & Soul: Revolution | Asia

This game is just your generic MMORPG with auto-play features that just play the game for you. Storyline isn't really that interesting.

I had pretty high expectations for the graphics but got really disappointed. Nothing outstanding.

Character customization is pretty limited for hairstyles and facial features. You can only choose from the options available.

You can choose from 4 main races and some are genderlocked. In some of the races, you can choose a class to play and each class has different abilities. There are only 4 classes: Force Master, Kung Fu Master, Destroyer and Blade Master.

One thing I liked about this game is that while talking to the NPC, they have pop ups about what they're thinking about and I thought that was pretty cool.

All in all, well... there are definitely MMORPGs out there with better graphics. Won't recommend to anyone sick and tired of auto-play games but if you want to experience mindlessly staring at your phone playing the game by itself for 6 hours, by all means, the download button is right there [微笑]

Ravensword: Shadowlands

This game is kinda like Skyrim but mobile? You have many quests you can discover by talking to people and by doing different things, it can increase your level in the respective skills like going stealth mode will increase your stealth level, fighting with a sword will increase swordplay, getting hit will increase defense etc. So yeah, pretty much Skyrim at least in terms of gameplay.

Dodging mechanics are kind of wonky because if you don't do it properly, you'll end up jumping instead. You are also free to go third or first person perspective at any time.

There's character customization in this game but you can only be a male. The customization is pretty lacking too but I'm fine with that.

Also, you can't kill townspeople or people in cities so that's a bummer. You can steal stuff and break into people's houses though but if you're caught, your reputation goes down and you'll be arrested by a guard and sent to jail if they see you. Spending time in prison will raise your reputation and you'll only be released when your reputation reaches neutral.

Most importantly, there are ads in this game. 30 second unskippable ads everytime you travel to a new place. I'm alright with that but some people might find it extremely annoying especially if they are fast travelling back and forth places.

All in all, it's a game worth giving a try. There's a plethora of things you can do and explore.

Its a closed beta test so idk if I should be doing a review yet but I'll still do it for those who are slightly interested in this game.

The animals in this game are cute and the terrain low key reminds me of minecraft with all the boxy figures if you know what I mean.

Gameplay is pretty futuristic with all the cool techs and it's kind of survival ish? You have a hunger and thirst meter to take note of which is pretty new to me as I've never encountered an rpg that requires you to keep track of your hunger/thirst.

Also, it's open world and very similar to Utopia where you have to collect materials to craft the things you want.

The game interface can be confusing at times and the icons really don't help so pay attention to the game when it's telling you where stuff is.

Character customization isn't the best but you do get to customize your robot companion which is nice.

The only issue I have with this game is the size of the words. The words are really tiny and with so many things going on especially in the beginning, it can be difficult to catch what the game wants you to do.

Other than that, this game is just your normal everyday rpg with a bit of Utopia.

Very fun game. Usually when playing a game where I don't understand the language, it gets really boring because I have no clue what's going on and sooner or later, it gets kicked from my game folder. This game though, has me hooked because of the animation. And also the fact that I'm able to read their names so I kind of feel attached to them.

Animation is just my type. Most of them or at least the characters I have, have skill animations that aren't too long or too short so my attention span is there and I'm kept entertained even if I've seen it a thousand times before.

Gameplay is turn based so nothing that amazing. There's auto battle too if you're lazy.

The summoning rate is generous. I've done 2 ten times summon and have gotten 4 five stars and 2 four stars. Or maybe I've just been really lucky with my pulls.

The map system is really cute. Especially with the dragon flying around and burning your characters if you get too close.

Only thing I'm not satisfied about is how they limit your movement in Khuntara. I want to be able to explore more of Khuntara and go up those damn stairs. Also, I really don't know what's the point of the frog game? It seems whether you win or not depends entirely on your luck.

All in all, it would be perfect if there was an english version. But I'm content with korean for now. Definitely worth giving a try.

Man I really loved this game. It is such a pity they closed down the SEA server. Now, if you want to play this game, you'll have to download the chinese version and have chinese ID and all to play.

Cytus II

I've played Cytus before and damn did I get frustrated all the time because everytime you get a combo, the combo words and number will just appear in the middle of the screen and just distract me from everything or maybe I just lose focus too easily.

But anyways, Cytus II is amazing. No combo words and number that intrudes into the screen. Perfect.

The songs are really really nice. Secret weapon ftw. And more songs can be unlocked by playing more songs so you really can't choose favourites.

Definitely my type of rhythm game out of all the ones I've played so far. [開心]

WildCraft: Animal Sim Online 3D

Alright tbh I've played this game before on another phone and just wanted to play it again for the memories. Here's what I've got to say:

I am disappointed. Majority of the screen is black. The grass is just this black square and there is a lot of grass in this game. You can barely make sense of the menu with all the black squares.

Aside from that, most of the skins and whatnots are almost impossible to get. They say you can get them from a chest but I doubt the rate is that high. If you want the skins/animals enough, you'll have to pay for them.

This would have been a great game to pass the time but sadly, with the horrible black squares, it is just too displeasing to the eyes and I cannot navigate around the menu with ease.

I'll still keep the game around and see if the bug gets fixed. Also, this black square problem could just be my phone's issue so take this comment with a pinch of salt and just try the game out first [厲害]

Downloaded this because there were some things I couldn't understand in the Chinese version. Graphics like everyone says are amazing and top tier. It can get a bit laggy if there's alot of things going on in your screen eg. lots of enemies, players, rain, snow, thunderstorm.

I've been playing the chinese version for about 3-4 months and am around lvl 85 so I suppose I'm quite an experienced player already so here's some tips for the new players:

At the beginning, it is very easy to level up but once you reach level 70-80 plus, levelling becomes very difficult if you are the type who doesn't participate actively in the daily activities.

Hidden quests are around but they are nearly impossible to find unless you're lucky or you have read the guide. Some of the hidden quests are really difficult to do too. If anyone knows how to do the duck search quest in Tokyo please tell me.

If anyone is having problems trying to complete the criteria to upgrade your D-Cypher Resonance to S grade, don't worry, the game will make you S grade after you reach a certain level, likely at lvl 80.

Some of the translations are really surprising lol. I always thought Cassell was Kaiser because 卡塞爾 sounds more like Kaiser to me for some odd reason, guess my chinese to english is a bit wonky.

Also, there are 2 classes you can unlock when you reach lvl 70 but I don't think that's available yet. I don't know about their english names but both are very cool. One has a scythe as a weapon while the other uses the fists and very mechanic-like I guess.

Soul dancers are pretty awesome. They can deal pretty good damage and have healing abilities so they can sustain in battle longer. Definitely my top pick out of all the classes. That said, I'm a bit biased towards healer/mage type characters so don't take my word for it.

Storywise, there's alot going to happen and there's alot of choices you have to make. Some of them don't change the storyline but most of them do and they also greatly affect your personality. What your personality is can unlock new choices or bar you from making certain choices that will slightly change how the story goes so yeah, choose wisely.

If you've read this far, eyyy let's be friends in game :D I go by the name 易火 in S20 Time Rules, so hmu anytime if you have questions to ask. I'll be glad to help 😁
