3.3Since friday march 28, developer rolled out massive banwave to free to play players who progress were far beyond some spenders. Many spenders were angry that they are not able to competive with f2p players. To get a gap between those fractions the developer banned nonspenders with the reason they had found abnormal gameplay. It's inaceptable that this affected only f2p players who watches guides and tierlists to get ez campaign and tower progress for leveling up units. so this developer hates the f2p player base so much, that they can't handle it and banned almost everyone with good progress. Leave them with their spenders and move on to other gachas. I am a lowspender and was also affected by the banwave. after I contacted the admin on the official discord and provides bills of my ingame purchases I got unbanned immediately. my friend who is a nonspender is still waiting to get unbanned. few days after he contacted the discord admin and the facebook page he was told, he needs to wait till april 2nd. the devs will roll out an update on that day and will unban some players bit by bit. so it's not 100% clear that he will got unbanned too. insane crap!
