Gameplay is tolerable. But I do agree with some people regarding the fragment system on summoning a character. It sucks and very frustrating. Imagine spending 3000 gems/crystals only to get fragments of that character.
It's somehow similar to Auto Chess in a sense that you need same star characters to class up each assigned unit on your team during the battle. The catch is each higher star characters have their own job/class and recipe. You can unlock other classes (higher stars) on the story mode and through the gacha. Every character has a well-made design. The game also has an Arcana mechanics. It's a card-like feature of the game where equipping your chosen arcana boosts the specific (or all) types of characters during the battle. It also acts as a passive ability.
Story Mode: Very Challenging
Multiplayer (Arena): Very Challenging (but has disconnection issues probably because it's still in early access)
similar mechanics with KonoSuba Fantastic Days and Princess Connect Re:Dive ... it's like a re-skin of those games, nevertheless it's enjoyable and the voice acting is good as expected ...
