So i got reply email from them, and now i know if Japan Server and Global Server is separated not the same area. They said on my email "I'm so happy I could reunite you with your Japanese account. ♡

If you want switch Japan Server just login like usual and on start screen click help -> change area and voila ~♡♡♡ Read Note
