While I praise this game for it's graphics and sound, as it's as good as it's always been when it comes to Disgaea, I do have to be another one of the "repeating record players ![[不滿]](/cdn/img/transparent.png){kind=spacer}
" and say that they region locked this game due to a false assumption that overseas players completely ruined the launch party... Even though people know that the tutorial had infinite rerolls which led to people just redoing the tutorial again and again. It's a shame, however, that this mentality hasn't shifted since then, as the region lock is still in effect, and is getting worse with IP banning taking place amoung those who manage to skirt around the lock. NIS fails to see that the popularity of the Disgaea franchise stems farther than Japan in this regard, and it's sad to see such a thing happen, as a worldwide mobile Disgaea game such as this would have been nice to see. For those of you wondering, yes, this is a Japanese exclusive game. Therefore, there is no translation to be seen in the game (why would there be, the reason there isn't is plainly obvious if you've read this far ) and you might be stuck staring at the title screen if you don't understand Japanese as a second language, and frankly, I'm not sure if any translation service like Google Translate will be of much help, aside from dialogue and buttons and things. Hopefully one day NIS will see the errors in their thoughts and give the overseas a second chance, seeing as Disgaea 1 Complete is out in app stores across the globe, and it seems to be selling modestly well. Just not this year though, since it's already been a trainwreck, and it's probably just getting worse from here.

2.8Game doesn't seem to connect for me, but the girls are very nice. They got some good artists to make the CGs. I just wish I could figure out why it won't start for me.
