right now, I am enjoying HSR but have had a few problems in the past with writing.

penacony storyline imo was very weak, it didn't take any risks, one fake out death can be well done, but two? three? good lord Hoyo,that's very corny! other than ruining Sam for me, there was interesting stuff there and initially i disliked Robin and Sunday as well but they have grown on me a bit more recently and maybe this is because Robin's song plays on loop when im farming with my double Herta team but mayve i have become brainwashed [發怒] i think Sunday was an annoying villain with annoying philosophy but he's more tolerable when hes being polite and helpful, i wish he'd become a permanent Nameless but i suppose thats too much to ask

another issue with the game is that while the turn based rpg has fun gimmicks like with DoT, memosprites, follow up attacks, the balancing of the game is utter dog water. with barely any 4⭐ characters and dozens of 5⭐ ones. it's all well and good that you're going to make the 4⭐ stronger but there is still very little for us to roll for, it's like im saving for the next 5⭐ but until oje strikes my fancy, that means i aint rolling for anything at all cause i already have all the 4⭐ and most at E6 already!
also just make Seele a permanent character already if youre not giving ger a rerun or give her for free to everyone like you did with Ratio (he's pretty cool and steong but i already have Boothill as my Hunt character and dont feel like building him with Mydei and the other Ampherous characters coming)

then theres what fheyre doing with Screwllum. i wanted him evwr since i saw him in VERSION 1 but they keep delaying him iver and over again and giving his kit fo other characters its atrocious, it's a game based in space and they refuse to give us robot characters. if we go to Screwllum's planet in the future and get him, he'll still be the only robot even tho he is the king of a planet of robots. [懵懂]

anyway overall despite my problems and hiccups i am having an alright time especially if they continue to give us equal amounts of gorgeous girls and beautiful boys, i was really pleased they didnt ruin Herta and make her a tit monster like most tall women in the game but they actually kept her with a small chsst in game (if only promotional fanart was accurate to that, i know fanart is fanart and thats fine people can draw what they want but if its PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL you think it would be accurate to in game mode. [發火]

i so far havent had a gache game scratch this gameplay itch that star rail does, so if you do like rpgs then try it!!
