I have been waiting a bit to leave a review as I wanted to get things into order and see what my complaints were. Initiating Long Review:

Girls Frontline in short, is about the story of you, a new commander hired by Griffon to strategize the battles for the robot girls, named T-dolls. A sinister plot is happening however and your team is right in the center...

The story is loaded with lots of stuff. Ranging from bombed bases, abuse,, lockdowns, and "what am I fighting for!?" moments. It's NOT a cutesy tale nor with that many fanservicey bits. Which in my opinion helps it a lot as you connect a lot more with the characters and what they are going through in their dialogue.

The battle system is a little grindy yes, especially with resource management. But it's NOT as much as you probably heard. Really it's just the EXP and special equipment that's hard to get and even that is alleviated as you have "combat reports" which can be acquired through events, the dorm expeditions, and even just battling. The T-doll drops suck hard sometimes, at least the special boss drops, but some of them (in the base game!) can be gotten from construction.

It's basically F2P. It does require premium currency to upgrade your slots, facilities and yes, to buy some outfits. But that can be gained freely. You get around 420~500 a month just through monthly login. And there's a VERY good gem card that's 414 (or so) yen which gives you 900 gems monthly, 30 everyday.

I myself have saved enough for the current 416 package AND Skorpion's outfit just by saving and only spending for my slots. It's not that greedy a game. The most expensive outfits cost around 2,588 gems, but with those come costume tokens and a wedding ring, so it's not that bad.

The small story events also have really good stories too as well as fun prizes. The major story events, yes, they DO require you to be at a higher level, however, if you miss the story you can either look it up (and not miss it!) or just wait for when it's added to the side stories.

So all in all, this game is great. It's gritty, not shying away from dark elements. The art isn't perverse and if you want to uncensor it, just look up the voodoo recipe. T-dolls you can mostly get over time and even then you can use who you want. But as always you should try it out yourself!!!

EVERYONE. IF YOU ARE HAVING THE ERROR OF NOT BEING ABLE TO REFILL YOUR STAMINA, SET YOUR TIMECLOCK ON YOUR DEVICE TO JAPAN'S ZONE.

Someone said that in the notes section and that worked! Letting everyone know here. If you know someone who is suffering from this, PLS tell them.

All in all, I didn't think I would like the game but I kinda do. It's nice and refreshing if I may say so! I think my favorite part about it is how even though it's autoplay, you do get the option of which enemy to attack and when to use your special attack. You can even choose to play auto or manually and at which speed. I really like that option.

Another thing I like is when you upgrade them (don't know the name for that yet), you get a story after each section is cleared. So yeah. :D Enjoying it so far!
