It is similar to the slew of recent unscrew games puzzle, that sometimes you cannot solve it with just what you have (2 boxes) without using power ups (mostly from watching ads). It can really have no ads at all, but only if you boot it up without any internet connectivity. (i.e. play it offline)
It is a game where you get resources even while being away from the game but is scaled to your progress in main mission. Prologue cut scene is a bit disjointed from the first story part storylinewise. So far am enjoying the story to see what might unfold.
The initial loading screen has stuff all over but once you managed to load finish and login, it goes back to normal. The story didn't proc for me but gameplaywise is like the walk around shoot stuff type of game but leveling in the game round is a bit bugged for now.
The voice are great, you can undersrand the whole story as if you seen the anime.
It is kinda like eminence in shadow, both gameplay wise and story presentation wise.
Till today (after playing for quite a long while now) that I know we can actually make voice calls over to friendlist friends. This is really interesting and new to me.
Actual gameplay is quite random initially since is match 3. Eventually you might get better units (daily 1 free draw) that allow you to synergise so that some gems appears more. (The yellow gems doesn't give extra coins at match end, despite looking similar to coins icon)
Is overall a chill game unless you wanna rush to the top or something. Interface is quite like a smart phone. Some English texts might be clipped due to having to many words in that frame.
Like what others have pointed out, the words are really small. The gameplay is good for the first two chapter then you will hit some roadblocks in terms of getting more powers to unlock stages/events/features, which can be frustrating.
This game has idle accumulation (6 hours) and certain minigames amidst the usual stage gameplay. Initial gold accumulation is quite slow. Storyline wise is a bit confusing but I guess that is part of the mystery.
The mecha being not really mecha is a surprise. The protag is probably going through some memory restructuring, even when you get to finally see the lobby screen..
