2.8This is has the illusion of being a decent WWII inspired shipgirl game. If you're a fan of Japanese and British warships this game is for you. The game treats British and Japanese ships as first class citizens. If you're a fan of any other countries Navys, specifically the United States Navy, then this game is a joke. Anything not Japanese or British is treated as a second and third class citizen. Just like Kancolle, this game has made it obvious that the only purpose to having any other Navy's outside the Royal Navy and Imperial Japanese Navy, is simply to pad the game with the illusion of caring about those other Navys. In reality, this game has a massive bias for the British and Japanese and a bias against anything else...because just not caring about them wasn't enough. Go into this knowing it has zero intentions of diverging from this path. There is no hope of seeing your favorite American, German ect ships being given justice. The games priorities lie in making British and Japanese ships the best ships in the game, regardless of what history tells us. This applies to everything, as in designs, art quality, artist talent, ship strength, skills, skins, events, everything you can think of. This game makes it a goal to make sure you use nothing but British and Japanese ships. Its very disappointing and disturbing. One of the biggest disrespectful acts this game has done to a non Japanese/British ship is make the historically famous "USS North Carolina" absolutely useless. If you know anything about Naval history, than you'll understand just how dubious intentional acts like this are....but wait there's more. They even made the North Carolina aka "ShowBoat" a self depreciating loser who they just pretend doesn't exist. North Carolina and her sister Washington, have been erased by Azur Lane, that is the extent they'll go to to show just how little they care about non Japanese and British ships. Everything else is just used for their advertising to betray people's expectations that this game is fair and caring of history and those that participatedin the pacific theater. Like I said, if you're a fan of Japanese and British ships at the expense of others.. then this game will fill your quotas. On the other hand, if you're a fan of Naval Warfare, non Japanese and British navys, History or historical accuracy, then forget this game even exists and never look at it ever again. You'll find next to nothing for you here, it's not a good WWII inspired game when it can even care for the United States Navy.
