Eugenia
is a 4-cost support who turns tanks into carries. Her main skill gives one ally Soul Resonance for 2 turns, granting:
+50 Aggro (perfect for HP-stacking tanks)
+20% Melee/Ranged ATK (scales with target's Max HP)
With her signature weapon: extra +20% Crush/Slash Boost, and Eugenia gets 30 AP every 2 turns
Soul Resonance's ATK buff scales further with Eugenia's own HP — every 200 HP = +10% multiplier, up to 100% at 2k HP.
That means stacking HP on her = big damage for your tank. She also gives:
Free Crit Rate from signature (often +20%)
Immaterial Damage on attack and reflect when hit
Her ult gives AP and extra additional Immaterial damage
HP-stacking bruisers/tanks like Kilon, Osla, Platina, TX, Kaul. Don't force HP on DPS just for her—let tanks do the job.⚙️ Best Stigmata: Reckoning of Sin
2pc: +4% AP Recovery
4pc: Start with 30 AP, apply -200 Elemental DEF on hit
Substats: HP to 2k → then AP Recovery
Active & Ult > Passive / Basic (if you want her to do damage)

Pick AP Recovery and HP-focused ones like Persistent, Overworked, or Immaterial Boost
